Reconnect (19–24)
A structured, holistic program designed to help young adults bridge the gap between where they are and where they want to be. Designed to support young adults who may have experienced setbacks, barriers or periods of disengagement and require support to reconnect with education, training, employment or enterprise opportunities.
Reconnect offers a supportive space to rebuild confidence, gain essential life skills, and secure meaningful progression into work or further education.
Is This For You?
The Reconnect programme is specifically designed for young adults aged 19–24 who are currently not in education, employment, or training (NEET). We support those facing various barriers, including social isolation, neurodiversity, or a lack of clear direction. Whether you're feeling stuck after college or unsure of your next steps, we provide the starting point you need to rebuild your momentum.
Who We Support
- Age range: 19–24 years old
- Barriers: Mental health challenges, social anxiety, neurodiversity, or long-term unemployment
- Starting point: Requires a supportive, low-pressure bridge to mainstream opportunities
Foundation: Creative Skills
Kickstart your journey by exploring different creative outlets. From music to sport, we focus on hands-on activities that build your confidence, re-engagement and technical basics.
Activities & Curriculum
A dynamic week-to-week journey designed to spark creativity, build practical skills, and prepare you for what's next.
Growth: Personal Development
Focus on your wellbeing and mindset. These sessions include group mentoring, life skills workshops, and activities designed to help you handle challenges with grace.
Future: Progression Routes
Translate your skills into action. Work on CVs, interview prep, and direct links to employers. We help you map out your next steps into career clarity from work, training, or further study and make sure its a sustainable progression pathway.
Apply or Refer
We welcome referrals from Job Centres, colleges, community partners, and parents/carers. If you are a young adult aged 19-24, you can also apply directly to start your journey with Reconnect.
