OUR COMMITMENT TO SAFETY

Safe. Supported.

Empowered.

Every young person deserves to feel safe, respected, heard and valued.

Safeguarding Is Everyone's Responsibility

At SWAG YOUTH CIC, the safety, wellbeing and dignity of every young person are at the heart of everything we do.

We are committed to creating inclusive, supportive and trauma-informed environments where young people feel safe to express themselves, explore their potential and develop meaningful connections.

We recognise that safeguarding is more than a policy. It is an ongoing responsibility reflected in how we listen, respond, build relationships and work with young people, families and partner organisations.

We take safeguarding concerns seriously and are committed to responding appropriately, following established procedures and working with relevant safeguarding agencies when necessary.
