A creative learning experience that brings together music, digital media, creative arts and personal development, helping young people discover their talents, build confidence and explore future pathways.

Black Girl Rise
12 Weeks
Ages 13-18
Identity. Sisterhood. Empowerment.
A transformative space for young Black girls to reclaim their narrative, build confidence and strengthen their sense of identity and belonging.

Through intentional mentoring and personal development, we cultivate leadership, challenge limiting narratives and equip the next generation to lead with assertive grace.

Reconnect
6 Weeks
Ages 18-24
Rebuild. Rediscover. Progress.
A structured, supportive programme for young adults who may have experienced setbacks, barriers or periods of disengagement.

Reconnect helps participants rebuild confidence, develop essential life skills and take positive steps into education, training or employment.

All Reconnect learners will work towards a
Highfield Level 1 Award or Certificate in Personal Development and Employability (PDE).
*On Creative Futures and Black Girl Rise, learners aged 14+ have the same opportunity
